  • Serve as first point of contact for all clients
  • Facilitate communication between clients and team members
  • Serve as central hub for all team communication
  • Ensure successful project kick-offs and completions
  • Organize the Tribeswell Client Relationship Manager
  • Organize team calendar and schedule deadlines
  • Organize and assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Organize time entries and transfer billable hours to invoices on a monthly basis
  • Send monthly invoices and follow up with clients when payments are received
  • Make minor updates on websites when needed
  • Run Quality Assurance tests on websites when needed
  • Become familiar with Tribeswell Documents and Checklists and help enforce them in the workplace, updating them if necessary

  • WordPress
  • HTML and CSS
  • Adobe software
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in related field
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
